Weekly Update and Free Ebook! Free Ebook “Analyzing Your Existing Church” Determining Where Your Church Is Today Before deciding where you want to go and how you’re going to get there, you need to understand where your church is today. The difference between where you are and where you want to be is called your performance gap. The strategic planning process is designed to bridge that gap and take you to where you want to be. This process is often called a gap analysis, because you’re comparing the current state of your church with the desired state, which identifies any gaps between the two. Once these gaps are identified, you can develop an effective strategy to bridge them.

Stand alone talk "Don't Waste Your Life"
I hand one of our college students speak for us. I love sharing the stage with guys that feel called to the ministry! It allows them a chance to use their gifts and gives me a chance to see the ministry through fresh eyes. We had a low attended night but had 13 VIPs (new students) and one student accepted Christ! The cool part about that is his Sunday morning small group leader had the chance to follow up with him that night!
